Start the free claim
Choose Claim My Free Listing and sign in or create the authorized business account.
Verify ownership
Use an offered business-domain method or submit the requested evidence for administrator review.
Review the activation screen
Confirm that the basic listing is free and that no card or $19 checkout is requested.
Manage the listing
Complete the public profile and review directory inquiries from the connected workspace.
What success looks like
- The verified listing is connected to the correct business account.
- The basic claim completes without a new payment or subscription.
Common problems
- Do not create a second listing when a matching business already exists.
- Existing legacy paid directory subscriptions are preserved and are not automatically canceled or refunded.
