What this section includes

  • Optional unchecked consent
  • Separate Terms acceptance
  • Account and scheduling texts
  • STOP opt-out
  • HELP support

Start-to-finish instructions

  1. Read the text-message disclosure

Review the sender, message purposes, frequency, rates, STOP and HELP instructions, and the statement that consent is not required to purchase or register.

  2. Choose voluntarily

Leave the box unchecked to register without text messages, or check it only when the account owner agrees to receive the described messages.

  3. Accept Terms separately

Use the separate Terms and Privacy acknowledgement required for the account.

  4. Update the preference later

Use the available communication settings or contact support when the text-message preference needs to change.

  5. Use STOP or HELP

Reply STOP to an eligible ServiceTooly message to opt out or HELP for assistance.

What success looks like

  • Registration can complete when the optional SMS box is unchecked.
  • When checked, the consent record identifies the toll-free program and exact disclosure version.

Common problems

  • Marketing consent and toll-free account-notification consent are separate records and cannot be reused interchangeably.
  • Do not enter another person's number without authority.
