Feature-specific ServiceTooly wireframe for Submit, vote on, and follow feature requests
This wireframe is generated from the feature names and steps in this guide, so it stays aligned with the instructions even when labels vary by role or plan.

What this section includes

  • Duplicate search
  • Feature and feedback submissions
  • Voting and following
  • Comments and attachments
  • Private roadmap

Start-to-finish instructions

  1. Search first

Search for the exact request so votes and comments stay with one idea.

  2. Open an existing request

Vote, follow, or comment when the request already describes the need.

  3. Submit a new request

Choose the request type and product area, then describe the problem, requested change, frequency, and business impact.

  4. Protect private information

Do not include passwords, payment details, secrets, or unnecessary customer information in text or attachments.

  5. Follow the status

Use My requests, Following, Updates, and Product Roadmap to review published progress.

What success looks like

  • The request appears once with the correct visibility and product area.
  • Votes, follows, comments, and status notifications remain attached to the same request.

Common problems

  • Product-roadmap periods are estimates, not contractual release promises.
  • Attachments are access-controlled, but users should still remove unnecessary personal information before upload.
